A Link to the Past [P, OKAMI]

Bet woke up much earlier than normal. He stretched and went through his typical routine for mornings, brief workout, chores, tending the gardens and such, and then eating breakfast. Once he finished this, he decided he would be going to master his kekkei Genkai today. So, heading straight out to the training grounds, he would begin warming up and prepping himself mentally and physically for the trial that was ahead. He had done a little training with this form since his mission, but one thing he noticed for sure was that it heightened his aggression. That was something he would definitely need to focus on fixing before he was able to use it in combat. He stretched out, raising his hands above his head. He was wearing his old gi bottoms, which were ripped in several places. He had no shirt on, revealing a body that revealed extensive taijutsu training, looking almost like it was chiseled from marble. His hair was.. well, messy as usual. He started his training session with five hundred push ups and sit ups followed by one thousand hand stand push ups. He enjoyed physical exercise, and always tried to take it to the next level compared to what was considered the norm.

As another young man entered the training grounds, he would likely notice that there was a slight oddity among the other shinobi working on refining their skills. A single man doing one-handed push-ups, dressed in the typical Jounin attire of their village with his headband tied about his forehead and a katana strapped across his back. He had long black hair tied back into a ponytail, and was missing his left arm, which explained the single-handed style of workout. Injuries such as that were fairly common in the ninja population, and thus it wasn't that astonishing. He appeared to be in his early thirties, although it could have been late twenties considering some people were just gifted with such genetics. All in all, that wasn't what was odd about him. The strange part was that no one within the yard recognized him.

He wasn't a Jounin of Konohagakure, that much was certain. Who was he, and how could he so subtly slip his way into a Hidden Village without anyone truly realizing what was amiss?

When Bet had arrived to the training groubds, he had noticed how many people were there, so he decided for his training he would move to a more secluded area for his training. After he finished his warmup, he decided it was time to power up. He was just through the trees of the old one armed man. When he raised his chakra levels to almost double what they were and his hair stood on end and turned golden. He was surrounded by a golden aura arcing with blue lightning. He let out a slight growl as he went to work punching and kicking one of the nearby logs. He worked on gaining better control of his strength and speed while in this form. He could feel that he was getting a bit better than he was when he first used the technique, but he had to work on it, get it perfect. He couldn't hold back his team. He couldn't be the weak link anymore, he WOULDN'T be the weak link anymore! He still had a ways to go, until ge felt confident in his strength but as for this moment, he just needed to keep training.
