Name:  Jiton: Grinding Earth Technique

Description: The user extends their hands to the sky, and using their Magnet Release jutsu, draws minerals from the earth, covering the ground in iron sand about 12 inches deep in a radius equal to the range specified for the rank of the technique. The user can choose to hide this sand just a few inches below the surface to use it in a surprise technique later.

Description: The user can suspend an equal amount of iron sand or magnetic material in the air as is produced by the Jiton: Grinding Earth Technique above in a sort of cloud formation indefinitely.  The user can adjust this shape to a sort of dome shape as it rotates slowly. Upkeep is equal to half the chakra cost of the rank of jutsu used.

Name: Jiton: Drizzling Rain Technique

Description: There must be sufficient magnetic material in the area to utilize this technique.  The user raises a hand and the material will hover about 25 meters above him.  The user can then slam their hand downward, and the material will streak in the direction indicated by the user.  If it is sand, it clumps together into bullet shaped pellets. The material moves at a speed of +40 the user's for B, +70 for A, and +100 for S.  Anything that is not prepared by the user or is not magnetic sand (so, not one of the user's registered items or iron sand [or some sort of similar sand]) requires magnetism to have either been transferred through contact or with a technique that transfers magnetism to objects.

Name:  Jiton: Vice Grip Technique

Description: If the opponent is standing on a magnetic sand material, or there is some hidden beneath surface of the ground beneath them, the user can manipulate the sand to move up at the user's own speed and grab at their opponent's ankles to attempt to hold them in place at the following strengths and durabilities:

C: +20 the user's strength and durability
B: +40
A: +70
S: +100

If the victim fails to escape their entrapment by the end of their post, the sand moves up to their waist level.  At the end of another post, the sand encases all but the victim's head.

For Suspended Cloud: mb, I kinda of treat upkeep as if it's assumed to be half of the rank of jutsu used unless otherwise specified.

For Drizzling Rain: I included the user's registered weapons in the things that don't need to have chakra inserted consciously. Is that okay?

For Vice Grip: I kinda would have thought that strength and durability would have been synonymous here because of the nature of the material, but I could just be silly. Edited.
