Clean Four
The last station for Gekkido in his weekly onslaught of missions was the training grounds of the kage. Naturally, today was the day in which the kage enabled outsiders and citizens to come visit the administrative buildings and see the finer side of the government. That being said, the training grounds would need to be immaculate. They were normally kept quite well, but it seemed today that there'd been a part on the grounds and no one cared to clean up; thus, the hired help had arrived. The Kage's trainning grounds was about two times as large as that of the jounin and anbu's. This was mainly due to show, as he knew the Kage rarely practiced or trained inside of the walls of the village. Or did he? The mizukage had been gone on a dangerous mission for some time, so he was unsure of exactly what such a person was doing to stay in shape. What he did know, however, is that god-like powers could not be practiced in the vicnity of chakra-less civilians. Which made him wonder who exactly was using these grounds on a regular basis? Perhaps it didn't matter and he needed to simply pick up the trash. He found it a bit comical that he was forced to wear a special uniform while working on the Kage's personal grounds. It is so interesting how people confuse power with royalty. The sense of entitlement that powerful individuals had and their worshippers gave to them was always fascinating to him. He was disgusted when those of his clan gave it to leaders of other races, but he had to admit - he planned to take advantage of this weakness in human nature. Namely, the weakness of assumption based upon subconscious assocation. We associate what we see with what we've been taught to interpret something as, and then we form a judgment in accordance with the concept. People see power and they assume goodness and treat it as though it were worthy not only of their fear (which is only natural); but their admiration. Gekkido neither feared nor admired the Mizukage, or any kage for that manner. The first step to killing a dragon was changing one's opinion about them in general; but that is a story for another time. The Kaguya finished his paid work and even did the extra work of mopping the traning grounds which he found to be unusually easy given how well trimmed the grass was around it. He finished his work, passed by the office to collect his check, and continued on about his evening with his head rasied high.
