Description: Okita's clan possesses the ability to move the energy around them. This is not limited to chakra but also natural energy through their clan's KKG. By essentially cutting themselves from the flow of energy around them the person in question can no longer use their energy but at the same time they are no longer able to be affected by chakra and natural energy. This removes any trace of their chakra signature as well as making them unable to use their other clan traits in anyway which gives it stealth applications. The technique cuts off their ability to manipulate energy with their techniques and anything that would rely on their Kekkei Genkai is voided. On the opposing end of the scale the supernatural energy of the world moves around them but not touching them. If one were try to attack them with a sword or even create an explosion with equipment these means are still very effective and can be used to a strong advantage because the user couldn't counter with any form of ninshu or other techniques. Against someone relying on their jutsu though this is a technique that has been known to be the bane of some ninjutsu and genjutsu. It can be used for an instant for c-rank cost but for an upkeep it requires the upkeep of an A-rank jutsu.

Description: Manipulation is not the only aspect of their Kekkei Genkai. The easier aspect to learn and master is perception of energy movement. The samurai can visualise the flow of chakra, natural energy and even objects that are not within the physical realm such as beings in Limbo. The perception of this allows for an accurate understanding of how much chakra an opponent is using, could potentially have and also a strong sensory ability. User's that excel in this skill can even reach the level of determining mental state through the changes to one's chakra as it emits although they tend to be highly specialised and have their own unique technique. This technique has more advanced and creative applications but would require specific techniques.

Description: Most Samurai don't use ninjutsu and so naturally they do not have access to the Body Flicker Technique. The Samurai of the Seung clan however are not like other samurai and their ability to manipulate energy movement can be quite useful if one were to learn how to ride it. By visualising their destination, which must be within sight the user can create a path which when triggered they are able to travel through it to appear to blink to the destination in the same manner a ninja does. This can sometimes make them be confused for shinobi due to applying it like this but they are not in any way and the technique acts on completely different principles as opposed to Shinobi using their internal chakra to dash.
