Clan History: A clan as old as chakra itself, those of the Buki clan originally were master practitioners of martial arts involving the use of weapons and armor. Their skill was world renown and featured legendary swordsmen, archers, and masters of many other types of weapon based fighting styles. As such, they were heavily sought out by those seeking to bolster their military force as mercenaries and became famous for their ability to conquer the battlefield without the use of ninjutsu or hand-to-hand taijutsu.

Clan Ability/KKg Description: Members of this clan gain the benefits of any clan-based weapon/armor while diminishing their negative effects by half.

Members of the clan are born with the ability to manifest their armory from a remote location at will. So long as their armory is marked with the seal they are born with, they are capable of accessing it at any place instantaneously. The contents of the armory are up to the user's discretion and can hold any type of item. Their armory is designated by the user as well and can be anything as small as a closet to as big as a warehouse.  

Members of the clan face a +1 rank skill boost to shurikenjutsu and bukijutsu. However, their Hand-to-Hand and Ninjutsu (all types) are capped at the Expert skill level and cannot be increased by any means whatsoever. Members of this clan also have no elemental affinity, so any chakra based weaponry will deal with pure chakra rather than that of an elemental type. This +1 rank skill bonus surpasses the limits of their rank.

Clan bonuses: +1 Rank Skill Boost to Shurikenjutsu and Bukijutsu. Half cost to any clan weaponry (will be made at a later date) and 1/3 reduction in cost to train Shurikenjutsu and/or Bukijutsu.

All looks great, they seem very similar to my clan that I made called the Kijiya although the Kijiya made and forged the weapons as well as used them. There is a concern I have though towards this, firstly if they cannot use elemental ninjutsu then they cannot use any advanced chakra natures which have parent elements. Also 20 stat points per GM is not happening, once at S-rank there will be 3 GMs and you want +1 to Bukijutsu and Shurikenjutsu that equals 5. Now that's where the Senju Clan members who don't use Wood Release get to and that's already quite stop. Now

taking into account you have 300 SP at S-rank, 5 x 20 equals 100 extra stat points. That's simply to much bonus stat points for a person to get, even for the small price of not having elemental ninjutsu. Thinking on it, as it doesn't specify not being able to use doujutsu, I could literally max every single stat with the Byakugan to finish the perception stat.

Another concern staff have is with the ability to take an object and only gain it's benefits, when done in combination with the other benefits makes a clan member stronger than an Eight Gates user when they are released at their eighth gate as it only increases your strength and doesn't even reduce speed. For this reason some things need to change, instead of one skill bonus to Shurikenjutsu and Bukijutsu it needs to be one or the other [this is only if you want to keep stat bonus' per GM]. The Stat bonus needs to be capped down to 5. This means that with four GMs that 20 extra Stat points if your character and the opponent are both fully trained. The ability to negate any form of reductions or negative effects of equipment is not allowed.

The clan's 1/2 cost to buying equipment should only apply to clan equipment or equipment they could make, I don't read anything that suggests they hold influence in the world to get reductions on equipment the only case of something like this were the Crows on the old site who had strong control of criminal trading to get cost reductions and even then that was still limited to tools that could be justified how they could get.
