Description: The user creates several (up to 15) stationary 8.5 inch diameter fire orbs within the jutsu radius. On the first post, they do nothing, not even having sufficient fuel to burn or explode. However, on the second post, they absorb small quantities of air around them and cloak, turning invisible. If a living being comes into contact with one of these orbs (other than the user), that orb detonates (3 meter radius explosion). The user can cast this jutsu again prematurely to add to the number of orbs (as long as the number doesn't go over the cap of 15). The user may detonate and dispel the orbs as he or she pleases.

Description: The user surrounds her hand in a swath of yellow lightning to use as a cutter, similar to a chakra scalpel or the like. Since it surrounds the hand, it has a slight defensive option as well. Unlike most other abilities of the same type, it doesn't ignore any defense or have any perks other than "it's sharp and it hurts things".

I only point out the italicised part due to being a bit hard to visualise and I don't know if you mean something like the formula emerges, wraps around their body in a loop before joining back or something, mainly just an issue that might leave people not knowing how to respond to it since it does seem a bit off. The underlined part however is alright you don't specify if that goes on every post that touch is maintained but it gives that impression with "As long as touch is maintained again" but just another thing that seems a bit cryptic.

I'm talking like a sealing formula that spreads out from the hand, like the thingy that appears whenever a character uses the summoning technique.
