When making a limited that you wish to surpass the 200-250 soft cap, there are a few criteria that staff will be following when grading these. One must meet AT LEAST two of the requirements before their jutsu will be passed. This will be done on a case by case basis with VERY FEW exceptions to this list being made based on special circumstances, though those circumstances will probably be added to the list if we deem them needed.
First - High chakra cost. This being 300 activation and 150 upkeep MINIMUM. Staff may ask you to raise this number should your jutsu warrant the increase.
Second - Fatal aftermath. This being one of the only exceptions to the “meet two” requirements above. This would be any limited that caused some form of fatal or detrimental after effects to the user of the jutsu. Such as loss of limb or life. If this is the case, you will most likely not need two requirements. An example of this is the Eight Gates.
Third - An internal force and an External force. This would be anything that happens inside your body, mixing with something happening outside that would grant power. An example of this, would be someone mixing Bijuu chakra with sage mode. The bijuu chakra is an internal force, while sage mode is an external one.
Fourth - two internal forces. Mixing two internal sources of power to get enhanced results. For instance, mixing bijuu chakra with eight gates. This is two internal power sources combining.
Fifth - Two External Forces. Mixing two outside power granting sources to get enhanced results. This would be mixing things like sage mode and combining with a sentient weapon like Samehada for example.
We would ask that anyone attempting to create a jutsu such as this, list the criteria they are meeting at the top or bottom of their jutsu description to aid in the grading process. The more cooperation we receive, the smoother and faster the grading will be! Thanks!
