Appearance:
He appears as a dark haired man as most Uchiha males do, with spiked ebony hair. He has an average build, but relies mostly on chakra or sage mode to bolster his physical strength. He always has his Sharingan active, so it is no surprise he also has rather large chakra reserves to draw from. He wears traditionally black clothing adorned with the Uchiha crest and the Leaf symbol of Konoha.

Personality:
Matsuda is a patient and relaxed man.He does not rush into things and remains level headed regardless of the situation, as such he makes a very apt teacher for Kirei. He was a trusted friend of the Hokage, Kosuke and is cousin to Kazue, so it’s no surprise he was trusted with the responsibility to protect Kirei as he masters his powers.
