Appearance: Standing at a height of five feet four inches doesn't give Illya a very intimidating frame, in fact it makes her look quite fragile and easy to overpower and one wouldn't be wrong in that regard, it is very easy to overpower her. Illya's frame is graceful in it's movements, her small body has been trained to the point of being able to bend and contort in very strange and wacky ways, which when combined with her acrobatic skills she picked up makes her incredibly mobile as a fighter.

Despite her skin and body rarely being seen; Illya has a very pale complexion, this is primarily due to the lack of sun she gets since she is almost always covered in bandages. Illya's hair is a light shade of green mixed with blue to create a dull aqua which tends to make her stand out in a crowd. Her eyes are a mixture of blue and green like her hair and seem to follow her orders, they stay true to what she wants them to appear as so if she wants them to look sad, they'll look sad and if they are to look happy or kind then they will look as such. Illya's eyes are a weapon for her to utilise and as such they are not to be trusted.

Her slim form is one to drive girls to envy for and is flawless with its cosmetics, there is barely a scratch on her
which makes her rather attractive with her appearance and would make one wonder why she keeps it hidden under all those bandages. In terms of this attire which covers her from head-to-toe Illya's appearance is covered entirely by bandages and for all the perverts, no she doesn't wear anything under those bandages, over these bandages she wears a dark pink dress with a hood. Over this dress she wears a floral scarf of a lighter pink.

Personality: Illya is a woman of a strange mindset, many considering her to be quite two-faced and possible even have dual personalities due to the differences in the way she acts or she might simply have some strange form of bipolar. Illya has dual philosophies which come together to form her own, [.]that one should fight to kill but not fight unless provoked.[/i] Illya's savage and ruthless combat prowess is what brought her to power as well as the stigma of fear attached to her but unlike her predecessor and father the Second Mizukage Illya is moderate with her destructive side and only loosens the chains when needed. Otherwise Illya is a very casual and laid-back person, she enjoys to read and enjoy her time out when she can although doesn't slack off. She is usually seen working and fulfilling the requirements of her job, she has a negative stigma associated with her due to the controversial murder of her father she carried out.
