Do anything for that Chakra

Chakra Training.

Kyo was getting stronger than when he first became a Genin after the academy. He went on some decent missions, met a few interesting people and generally had his own adventures. But now a pivotal moment in his life and the lives of other fellow Genin was approaching. Depending on what happens to Kyo and his batch of Chuunin exams participants will determine fully what will be the next step for not only Kyo but for everyone.

As with everything that happens in Kyo's life it was a stepping stone to greater things. This training of his chakra was no different. Just another rung on the ladder to success it what all this is for. Gaining chakra was indeed important generally. It was like the fuel to a fire. Without it you would be stuck with just taijutsu

With that thought he knew that the training he did before was indeed vast but he needed more. Kyo had recently learned quite a number of formidable jutsu. He learned Raiton and Katon element and both had served him well. But there was another element that had piqued his interest which was light release. Light release only had one weakness and that was of course its exact opposite; dark release.

Dark release was something that intrigued him but he thought it be best that he wait until he got past these chuunin exams. Because Kyo was not someone who liked to spread himself too thin. He would rather focus on a few things and get really good at them than try to learn everything and totally suck at it.

Dark release. It would be wise to learn it as well. If he did he would become more adaptable than now. The thought continued travelling in his mind and rested to the back of his brain for now. Because right now he had other things that he needed to train. In this instance it was his chakra. He already had an impressive chakra value it was true especially for a Genin but he always like to over do things and this was one of them. He wanted to have enough so he would be a true formidable opponent in any battle. Kyo hated to be a push over and now that he was a master in ninjutsu it was a sure thing he would be using quite a few high level ninjutsu. Because of this he had to make sure he had the chakra to back it up.

As said before, chakra was like a fuel to him. Have enough and you could accomplish a lot. Chakra was indeed like his life blood. His clan dictated that because they were Hyuga they were to study chakra like they would a subject like history or science. Such a vast knowledge from such a young age always gave the Hyuga an edge over their enemies in battle.

With that thought, Kyo put on his gear and headed to a private spot by the river under a tree. A place where he knew for sure he wouldnt readily be disturbed. He got into a meditation pose. Sitting on the ground with his legs being crossed and his eyes being closed. He took off his sunglasses even and his bikers jacket to be truly free. He started breathing in a meditative state to truly empty his mind and focusing on his body gathering chakra.

Emptying your mind of everything was a lot harder than it sounds. Normally the human mind was so full of synapses from all the different things that would go through his mind. Especially these days with everything going on. It was like trying to remove each car that was driving alongside the road and make the road clear.

As his thoughts continued to carry him in other places. He went to a time when he was training with Praveen and he hit her accidentally. He then went to help her and then she struck him as hard as he could and she sent him flying backwards into a tree. He shook himself and she came to him and helped him up.

It was while he was in this meditative state that his mind truly wandered as if it were searching for something. He remembered things that he thought he had forgot. He thought about his good friend Annalisa and the first time they kissed. Since that time he had tried his best to bury those thoughts for the sake of her relationship but he failed. Anna Lisa loved him but as a friend. So she was torn. She knew not what to do. She could not leave her husband and be with Kyo and she didn't want to brush off Kyo in fear of losing their friendship. He opened his eyes panting. He had completed this round of chakra training.
