This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then it encircles the user's hand and from that, the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beam's direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can also increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy. These beams travel at a speed of 100 and are capable of hitting as hard as its user. (If the user wishes it to follow a target an upkeep cost of C Rank chakra is for charge.)

Description:

This uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around the user, creating an offensive and defensive ward. The user can then use these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at his enemies capable of second degree burns upon contact and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing his enemies from getting close.

Description:

The user generates a beam of storm release chakra in their palm. When fired the beam does not deal damage and is capable of bouncing off of any object. Upon covering their body in storm release chakra the user is capable of traveling along the projected path of the beam as energy in blurring and instant speeds. +30 Speed user. Unable to be hurt while in this state. This technique can only be used one every three posts.

Description:

The user is able to emit steady flow and intense beam of storm energy from their body in a wave of disorienting flashes. The resulting disorientation causes any target who looks dead into the light to be blind for a single post.

The user summons and fires three balls made purely of concentrated storm clouds. These balls are roughly the size of basketballs, and when made contact with will explode and releasing an especially potent shock capable of lowering all of the opponents stats by 10 for 2 posts.

Description:

The user summons a medium sized cluster of thunderclouds below their feet. As long as the user remains on top of the clouds for a cost of 10 chakra per post the user will be able to fly along the clouds in the air at the same speed as them. This can only be used for a total of three posts and can be easily dispersed by B Rank or higher ninjutsu.

Description:

The user fires a single beam at a target at close range. Before the beam makes contact with the target the beam breaks apart into several smaller segments forming a triangular shaped cage around the target. Upon coming in contact with the cage the target would recieve a high voltage shock capable of paralyzing them for one post (only if the user strength is higher than their durability) This case requires 80 strength to escape.

Description: The user creates a large white sphere the size of a Bijuu Bomb filled with Storm Release chakra and thunder clouds. Releasing the sphere entire the white storm chakra casing disperses releasing an all encompassing thunderstorm large enough to cover an entire 200 meter. This thunderstorm is capable of self sustaining by absorbing 30 chakra from anyone under it each post. While this technique is active any storm or lightning release jutsu while used under will cost one rank lower (excluding limited jutsu). Once every three posts the user maybe able to tap into the stored chakra of the thunderstorm to find the exact location of anyone within the range of this jutsu. This technique is normally reserved for the Raikage, but has been known to be used by those who possess the legendary jutsu Kirin.

Give it a defined range. And a limit for it to actually be selg sustaining. Id say it needs to draw in at least like 20 chakra or 30 chakra per post to be self sustaining.
