Description: This is a technique that was created by Hideo Uzumaki after coming to the conclusion that learning the Flying Thunder God technique will take a lot of training and time, instead he focused on a new idea with the Body Flicker Technique. Instead of using Fuinjutsu to instantly move between seals and displace themselves in space the user instead is able to enhance their speed to incredible heights to appear to use the technique, dubbed the Flying Wind God as lightning is instantaneous but wind isn't. The user is able to move between seals that they place but unlike it's stronger variant he is susceptible to having something intercept him, this technique will move him to the location of the seal at incredible speed but it is linear and will take the path of least resistance, if a tree or obstacle is in the way of his destination he will hit that obstacle and cancel the technique. Once initiated it cannot stop meaning a perceptive opponent can predict and eventually render it obsolete and use it against Hideo. The technique isn't instantaneous either, it gives a +60 to speed during the travel by doubling the speed boost of the original Body Flicker Technique due to already having a preset location and the user is unable to move or dodge during it. The seal can also not be applied to people.
