On his way too Konoha Satomi was entrusted with a highly dangerous mission that the Mizukage felt he could be dispatched with his skills. He wanted him to kidnap a child by the name of Seiske Shima. For whatever reason he was prized in some way. So he was tasted to  grab the child and kill his protector.

He had heard of the man before and he was honored to be the one who would get to kill him. He was referred to as the Wind Demon. No one knew his name but it was peculiar to find him in this field of expertise. So a small village outside of Konoha to the outskirts of the country, was Sato's firs target. He was to first find the two targets.

It wouldn't be very hard. The town was small enough for him to remember everyones faces. Something he was good at.

Dressed as if he was commoner as to not attract to much attention. He of course was wearing the face of a man he had knocked out the moment he arrived there. He would not be in this town very long anyways. The town was bustling with people, more than he initially thought. The day was getting started, sunlight would help him track his foes.

He knew the targets also would have to keep moving but they would stop here for the night to gather some strength to move on to Konoha. Moving around with a kid could slow most travels especially on foot. A kid. Thats where he'll get his first clue. Kids usually wanted candy or food. The village had a market, he would go check it out.

Upon entering the market it didn't take him very long before he spotted his two targets.

The Wind Demon was a strong and tall looking man maybe in his mid forties. There was an aura of calm and danger about him. It was an immense feeling power that Sato could not hardly mistake. He would be very dangerous for him to stop. And he would not take the challenge lightly. But the job had to be done, and they believed he was the right man for the job. Time to prove them correct.

The Uchiha followed in true ninja fashion within the Shadows. Even in the daylight and a man known as the Wind Demon, Sato was not found or anyone was alerted to his presence as he followed the two around the town. They were visiting various places within the market and finally over to a park where th kid went to play as the Demon oversaw him.

Satomi found this as the perfect opportunity to invite himself to a little challenge for the Wind Demon. Hiding within the crowd he simply walked over to the Wind Demon who was watching the Seiske a few meters away. Sliding right next to him almost to fast for anyone but him to notice he said, "Meet me in the clearings outside the village after you put the brat to sleep. Or I kill you and the boy. I need him alive and I can't say for sure that I can do that with you in the way."

Demon unfazed looked directly into Satomi's cold eyes. He said nothing but it was mutual understanding that the duel was excepted. He felt he could kill any enemy that came to oppose him. From a perspective, he'd be right. However he had never faced a Uchiha or a shinobi like Satomi before. Sato smoothly walked by and gave the man a lot to think over before disappearing into the crowd again.

Sure enough later that night Satomi Uchiha stood on the yet to be seen battlefield. He was clad in Flak Jacket and his ANBU outfit. He came to kill the famous Wind Demon of the Sunagakure. What he was even doing protecting a child in the Fire country was another mystery. However it mattered not, he was an obstacle for Sato. One he would relish in achieving. He could put his new found powers into effect and test their effectiveness in a real fight.

Unexpectedly the Demon appeared in front of Satomi. Impressive speed. However. He said nothing but on his back was giant Fuma Shuriken. He had on ninja armor prepared to fight to the death as was his mission. Sato took the time for a final say, "Show me why they call you the Wind Demon. And I'll show you the true power of the Uchiha."

Satomi unsheathed his Katana and held it to the side ready for the Wind Demon to strike.

"Uchiha you say," The Demon spoke, something finally piquing his interest. Which meant he took Satomi seriously.

He started to form handsigns as fast as he could however Satomi was just as fast only using one handseal before he was able to perform his Jutsu, "Fire Release: Great Fireball!" A stream of fire shot out from Satomi's mouth and it spiraled forward like a flamethrower. It interrupted the Wind Demons timing but he was able to jump out of range and land.

He finished his handseals and he grabbed two Shuriken from a pouch on his belt. Sato ended the fire stream and begin running towards the Demon who had put about 10 meters between them. He exhaled onto the two shurikens and and wind chakra began to form around the shurikens.

Until they became spinning wind blades circling into discs. He threw them at incredible speeds. Satomi activated his Sharingan as he was running the blades getting closer to him. Within the last second his eyes saw an opening to dodge them and Sato jumped between one of them narrowly missing him. The other he stuck his Katana right in the middle of the shuriken.

He began to rotate quickly on the spot, doing a full 360. Using that momentum he launched the shuriken back at the Wind Demon. The Demon took a few steps back and leaned, the shuriken turned at the last second as he had anticipated. It passed by him with ease. However it seemed that was what Satomi was hoping for. Predicating what movement he would wait, he dashed forward at full speed and appeared right in front of him.

He was surprised to see that the Uchiha was so fast. Though it did not deter him. He pulled a Kunai out just in time to block a downwards slash by Sato. He glanced the Katana away but Sato resumed his assault striking to get past the mans defenses. Though he showed much more strength than Sato, he could not keep up.

The Wind Demon had never fought a Uchiha nor someone who can keep him from using handsigns. His greatest attacks were all ninjutsu where he would usually have Satomi beat. But it seems his best skill had to be interrupted for Sato to succeed. And it indeed it seemed as if it were true. The Demon tried his best to keep up until finally he knew he would eventually succumb to the speed of the ANBU ninja.

Finally the Demon was being backed down even with his high strength. Satomi was a Master Swordsman and few could defeat him in hand to hand combat or especially with a sword. Coupled with his amazing speed. The Demon was hard pressed without his Ninjutsu.

Fixing the Demon to be in the right spot for his go to signature move. Satomi's Sharingan catching every movement the man was going to make before he even made. An amazing array of swings were thrown against the Wind Demon and for the most part he blocked them but he was finding one or two slashes of the Uchihas katana finding their way into openings.

A slash caught Demon on the shoulder but he pressed on. Another cut through his ribcage, that one actually causing him some grief. If only he could get some space. He finally managed to use his strength to push Sato back a meter or two. And using that he grabbed a smoke bomb and threw it at the ground beneath his feet.

A blast of smoke erupted and it circled the entire area. The Wind Demon finding the time he needed, jumped backwards and zig-zagged away a few feet. Now he had time to prepare his most dangerous jutsu. However as he was quickly making the handsigns which were arduously long, the smoke parted and he was met with two dangerous Sharingan eyes. Sato could see through the smoke with no problem as it was not chakra.

Then he dashed forward and yelled, "Lariat!" It was burst of lightning chakra coating the outstretched arm of Satomi. The Wind Demon barely could activate the seal before an arm clotheslined him. It snapped his head back and it gave a loud 'krack' before the man dropped to his knees and to the ground dead. Blood was splattered on his arm.

The only reason why he didn't like the technique. So messy. Satomi went to go find the boy and take him back to another ANBU squad to ferry him to Kirigakure.
